The city of Bilbao is hosting the third International Conference on Ocean Energy ICOE 2010 organized by the Ente Vasco de la Energía-EVE and Tecnalia, in partnership with the European Ocean Energy Association and the International Energy Agency's Implementing Agreement on Ocean Energy Systems

The venue for the event is the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), just 15 minutes from the centre of Bilbao, where the world's leading firms and experts from the ocean energy industry will be meeting. The event will be taking place on 6th, 7th and 8th October of 2010 and will combine key papers and seminars with an exhibition.
